UNOBank - Tech Lead - Camunda

Overview :

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Integrate Camunda with microservices architecture and banking core systems.

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to understand business requirements and translate them into

technical solutions.

- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards typical to the banking domain.

- Optimize and refactor existing workflows for performance and scalability.

- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and participate in CI/CD activities.

- Troubleshoot production issues related to Camunda workflows and provide quick resolutions.

Qualifications and Skills :

- 7 - 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Camunda BPM (7.x or 8.x).

- Strong proficiency in Java (8 or above) and Spring Boot.

- Good understanding of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and workflow modeling.

- Experience in RESTful APIs, microservices, and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.

- Familiarity with banking/financial services processes such as account opening, KYC, lending, compliance, and digital onboarding.

- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Exposure to DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
