Key Responsibilities :

- Architect scalable Magento solutions for performance, security, and maintainability.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and designers to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to Magento coding standards.

- Optimize Magento installations for speed, reliability, and SEO.

- Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to DevOps practices.

- Stay informed on the latest Magento releases, security patches, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Deep understanding of Magento 2 architecture, custom module development, theming, and Magento APIs.

- Proficiency in modern PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.

- Hands-on experience with Magento performance tuning, caching (Varnish, Redis), and indexing.

- Strong grasp of design patterns, OOP, and SOLID principles.

- Expertise in Git-based workflows and version control systems.

- Experience with Composer, Magento CLI, and deployment automation.

- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-volume Magento projects.

- GraphQL is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Magento 2 Certified Professional Developer / Architect.

- Experience with Hyv- themes, PWA Studio, or headless Magento.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Background in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
