Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Unity 3D Team Lead with a strong background in developing and managing games across various genres such as multiplayer card games (Poker, Rummy, Ludo), fantasy sports platforms, and high-performance 3D games (Car Racing, Fighting Games, RPGs).

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Unity development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality game features, maintaining best coding practices, and collaborating closely with design, product, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the Unity development team in creating real-time multiplayer and 3D games.

- Architect and develop core gameplay systems using Unity and C#.

- Work closely with designers, artists, and backend developers to ensure a smooth game development pipeline.

- Optimize game performance across mobile and other platforms.

- Manage project timelines, sprints, and team deliverables using agile methodologies.

- Review and maintain code quality; mentor junior developers.

- Ensure integration of server APIs, multiplayer functionality, payment gateways, and user analytics.

- Handle technical planning and risk mitigation across game projects.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience with Unity 3D and C#.

- Proven experience leading a development team in delivering successful game titles.

- Strong portfolio of released titles in genres including :

1. Multiplayer Casual Games : Poker, Rummy, Ludo, Fantasy Sports.

2, 3D Games : Car Racing, Fighting Games, RPGs.

- Proficiency in Unitys animation system, physics, lighting, shaders, and performance optimization.

- Experience with multiplayer networking (Photon, Mirror, or custom solutions).

- Familiarity with backend integration (Node.js, Firebase, etc.)

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Good understanding of UI/UX in mobile and 3D games.

- Ability to lead code reviews, architectural discussions, and team mentoring.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with live game operations and real-time multiplayer servers.

- Knowledge of in-app purchase systems and ad integrations.

- Exposure to game analytics tools (GameAnalytics, Unity Analytics, etc.)

- Experience deploying games on Android, iOS, and/or WebGL platforms.

- Familiarity with Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
