Key Responsibilities :
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation : Conduct in-depth analysis of digital product data (e.g., user behavior, product performance, sales trends, engagement metrics) to identify key insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Performance Monitoring : Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor the performance of digital products and features, providing clear visibility to stakeholders.
- Product Optimization : Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product optimization and new feature development.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation : Support the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of product changes.
- Data Quality & Governance : Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for analysis. Contribute to data governance best practices.
- Requirements Gathering : Assist in defining data requirements for new product features and ensure proper tracking and instrumentation are in place.
- Stakeholder Communication : Present complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders, influencing product strategy and business decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google Data Studio) for creating compelling dashboards and reports.
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and their application in product analysis.
- Proven experience in user behavior analysis and understanding key digital product metrics (e.g., conversion rates, retention, engagement, LTV).
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
