Your mission :

UiPath Automation Suite is a patent pending cloud native application delivery platform which enables UiPath to deliver all the automation applications to any kind (Cloud, On-prem, Air-gapped) of customer infrastructure.

This is complete containerized platform which heavily uses Kubernetes and bunch of other CNCF technologies to deliver infra-agnostic application delivery and runtime platform.

This platform enables customers to install and run UiPaths suite of applications on a single server or on hundreds of servers based on their need.

What You'll Do At UiPath :

- You will be architecting, designing, developing, and maintaining internet scale web applications and platforms.

- You will be providing technical leadership to a team of engineers.

- You will employ Agile methodologies like Scrum to plan and deliver committed results keeping relevant stakeholders in the loop along the way.

- You will help define and refine engineering processes across the team.

- You will work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers and UX Designers in defining and prioritizing the roadmap of the product.

- You will analyse product usage and operational data to help drive systemic improvements across the product.

What You'll Bring To The Team :

- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, developing large scale commercial applications & platforms.

- 1+ years of experience in building products using Kubernetes stack and related CNCF technologies like Docker, Helm, Istio, Rook CEPH, Prometheus etc.

- Good knowledge of Linux internals and BASH scripting.

- Working knowledge of one or more cloud infrastructures like AWS or Azure or GCP.

- Familiarity with build systems, CI/CD tools (like Azure DevOps, Jenkins), application analytics/monitoring.

- Experience of building and delivering enterprise grade products to highly secure on-prem environments of customers is a plus.

- History of contributions to Open-source projects, is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, programming principles and best practices using at least one end programming language/framework like Java, C#, GoLang.

- Strong knowledge and experience in distributed systems, caching, SQL and/or No-SQL databases like SQL Server, Oracle, Mongo, Redis.

- Strong problem-solving skills, understanding of standard Data Structures & basic algorithms, space & time complexities.

- Deep understanding in debugging, troubleshooting and application performance tuning skills.

- Experience with back-end integration, web services & APIs, REST/OData/GraphQL, JSON, XML, ProtoBuf etc.

- Thorough understanding & experience of unit testing, functional testing, scale, and load testing related tools.

- Familiarity with agile software development practices, TDD, code reviews, idea prototyping, distributed product teams.

- Ability to evaluate design approaches, tools etc., build frameworks and improve existing systems.

- Experience in providing technical leadership, mentoring, and driving team of engineers towards defined objectives.

- Strong customer passion, accountability, and drive to enhance customer experience working well with teams across the organization.

- Strong bias for action, be adaptable and exhibit uninhibited entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude.
