Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced UiPath & AI Agent Developer to join our Intelligent Automation team. In this role, you will bridge traditional Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with modern Agentic AI framework design. You will be responsible for designing and deploying end-to-end multi-agent systems, integrating LangChain and LangGraph with Python, and leveraging UiPath Maestro for high-level business process orchestration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and deploy multi-agent systems using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph to process complex unstructured data and drive autonomous decision-making.

- Utilize UiPath Maestro to orchestrate hybrid workflows consisting of RPA bots, AI agents, and human tasks.

- Build scalable, fault-tolerant automations in UiPath Studio leveraging the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework).

- Expose LangChain/LangGraph agent endpoints via microservices and connect them with UiPath automation workflows.

- Implement decision logic tables, stateful memory management, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models.

Tech Stack :

- Python, LangChain, LangGraph, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI), Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS), UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Maestro, FastAPI/Flask.

What we're looking for :

- 8+ years of professional experience developing enterprise-grade backends using Python.

- 3+ years of experience in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, and REFramework.

- Hands-on experience constructing DAGs, multi-agent coordination models, and memory persistence.

- Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and JSON/XML parsing.
