UiPath Developer

About the Role :

- Lead and deliver 5+ full-cycle automation implementations from requirement gathering to production deployment.

- Work extensively on UiPath Document Understanding Framework (OCR, classification, extraction, validation) for unstructured and semi-structured data.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, process SMEs, and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.

- Ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability by following best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution in production environments.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project teams.

- Stay updated with the latest UiPath product updates, AI/ML integration capabilities, and RPA trends.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, REFramework

- Proven track record of delivering 5+ end-to-end automation projects (discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare)

- Expertise in integrating UiPath with external applications, databases, APIs, and OCR engines (e.g., ABBYY, Google Vision, Azure OCR)

- Good knowledge of C#/VB.Net/Python for custom activities and advanced automation scenarios

- Experience in handling attended/unattended bots, queues, assets, triggers, and scheduling

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

- Exposure to AI Center, Insights, and Automation Hub (preferred)

- UiPath Certification (Advanced RPA Developer or higher) is a strong plus
