UI/UX Engineer - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Engineer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that deliver an outstanding user experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative, user-friendly designs that align with our business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities :

UI/UX Design :

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.

- Design visually appealing user interfaces with a focus on usability and functionality.

User Research & Analysis :

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.

- Analyze user behavior and adapt designs to improve the user experience.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.

- Ensure designs are feasible within technical constraints and meet business objectives.

Front-End Implementation :

- Translate design concepts into functional, responsive, and interactive front-end components.

- Maintain consistency in UI design and implement industry best practices.

Design Tools & Standards :

- Use design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for prototyping.

- Ensure adherence to branding guidelines and maintain design system consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience : 1-4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and development.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in HTML, Bootstrap, tailwind, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.

Design Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design.

- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and usability best practices.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centric designs.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Knowledge of motion design and animation for web interfaces.

- Experience with user testing platforms or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).

- Basic understanding of backend technologies to collaborate effectively with developers
