UI/UX Designer - Figma/Sketch

Job Title : UI/UX Designer.

Location : Pune Erandwane (On-site).

About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Pune (Erandwane).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand product requirements and translate them into engaging user interfaces.

- Create wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

- Develop pixel-perfect UI designs and collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.

- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and ensure designs align with brand guidelines.

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (web & mobile).

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.

- Good understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.

- Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), interaction design, and usability principles.

- Ability to work closely with developers and product managers in an agile environment.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.

- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
