- Lead the design, development, and deployment of a brand-new React-based front-end application

- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to deliver seamless, responsive, and intuitive interfaces

- Translate design wireframes and mockups into high-quality, reusable code

- Build scalable component libraries and design systems that ensure consistency and performance

- Optimize UI for maximum speed and scalability

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

- Identify and troubleshoot performance and usability issues

- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architectural decisions

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer, with strong focus on React.js

- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.)

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration with back-end systems

- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards

- Experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)

- Experience with version control systems like Git

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the front-end build

Nice to Have :

- Experience with deployment and CI/CD pipelines for front-end applications

- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch

- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools and debugging techniques

- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
