Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer with hands-on experience in Laravel and working knowledge of Node.js. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable backend applications, working with databases, and handling real-time or event-driven systems using Kafka and Redis.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel Framework).

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Work with Node.js services where required.

- Design and manage databases using MySQL with proper indexing and optimization.

- Implement caching strategies using Redis to improve performance.

- Work with Kafka for event-driven architecture and message queue handling.

- Write clean, scalable, and reusable code following best practices.

- Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Required Skills :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development.

- Strong experience with Laravel framework.

- Working knowledge of Node.js.

- Good understanding of MySQL database design & query optimization.

- Experience with Kafka (message brokers/event streaming).

- Experience with Redis (caching, queues, session management).

- Understanding of REST APIs and MVC architecture.

- Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD concepts.

Good to Have :

- Experience working with microservices architecture.

- Basic knowledge of Docker or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

- Understanding of performance tuning and scalability.
