We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer II to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern frameworks and technologies.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation efforts.

- Continuously improve software performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Mentor junior engineers and support their technical growth.

- Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks and projects.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 25 years of professional software development experience.

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
