Ubers Delivery organization is rapidly expanding its engineering team in India, focusing on the high-growth Ad Tech business. Our mission is to accelerate Ubers Advertiser base, especially within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. What Youll Do :

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, test, and launch backend services, data pipelines, and machine learning-based product features. You will own critical components of the Ad Tech system end-to-end, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver complex projects quickly and with high quality. Additionally, mentoring junior engineers and new team members will be a key part of your responsibilities, helping grow the teams technical expertise.

Basic Qualifications :

- Proficient in one or more object-oriented programming languages such as Java, GoLang, or C++.

- Strong experience in building distributed systems, streaming data pipelines, and scalable backend services.

- Excellent collaboration and mentoring skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Full stack development skills including frontend experience will be a strong advantage.

- Experience working with machine learning systems or data-driven products is a plus.
