Uber - Senior Software Engineer - iOS Platform

Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers to achieve project goals and deliverables.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.

- Come up with the right architecture and design for ideas and experiments to quickly scale.

- Provide technical leadership and oversight to the team.

- Own the success of your team's projects and deliver quantifiable results in a timely manner.

- Coach and mentor engineers to help with their learning and career growth.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.

- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Past experience working on iOS.

- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and challenges.

- Strong software engineering fundamentals and a passion for building scalable, maintainable systems.

- Proven track record of successfully driving projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
