Job Overview :

We are seeking an accomplished Tech Lead to join our Bangalore office in a full-time, senior position.

The ideal candidate will have up to 10 years of relevant industry experience and play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and delivering our innovative customer engagement solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced automation and messaging platforms, leading both technology and teams towards transformational impact.

Qualifications And Skills :

- Proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill) to design, build, and maintain robust enterprise applications handling high-concurrency workloads in distributed systems.

- Extensive experience with ReactJS (Mandatory skill) for building scalable, high-performance user interfaces tailored for cross-channel digital journeys and collaboration tools.

- Hands-on expertise in Spring Boot (Mandatory skill) to efficiently architect microservices, RESTful APIs, and enable smooth, secure integrations across platforms.

- Advanced understanding of software architecture, ensuring applications are scalable, maintainable, and deliver optimal performance for mission-critical business processes.

- Demonstrated experience in cloud computing solutions, including deployment, orchestration, scaling, and maintenance over public or private cloud environments.

- Strong ability in code review and maintaining code quality standards, proactively identifying refactoring opportunities and mentoring team members on best practices.

- Effective leadership skills, inspiring teams towards agile development, encouraging technical excellence, and fostering knowledge sharing within cross-functional groups.

- Solid knowledge in relational databases such as My SQL SQL or PostgreSQL for designing schemas, query optimization, and ensuring data integrity in dynamic environments.

- Proficiency in JavaScript is required.

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable applications and solutions to deliver digital customer journeys over multiple messaging channels.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, promoting best coding practices, architecture principles, and adherence to project deadlines.

- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders to translate client requirements into robust technical deliverables.

- Architect microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies, ensuring efficient communication and seamless integration within our platforms.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive continuous improvement in code quality and system reliability across teams.

- Manage cloud deployments, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and optimal utilization of infrastructure resources.

- Implement and maintain robust security protocols, safeguarding customer data and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

- Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve technical risks, ensuring successful and timely project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
