We are seeking a Mid-Level ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of work experience and a solid foundation in developing cutting-edge web applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, high-performance digital solutions that enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications And Skills :

- Proficiency in React.js (Mandatory skill) with proven experience in building scalable and robust front-end applications for diverse business needs.

- Strong command of JavaScript (Mandatory skill) for developing and maintaining interactive user interfaces and dynamic web applications.

- Hands-on experience with Angular (Mandatory skill) for building modular, maintainable, and performance-driven front-end applications.

- In-depth knowledge of REST APIs and experience in integrating APIs to ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.

- Expertise in HTML5, enabling you to create structured, accessible, and SEO-friendly web content tailored for excellent user experiences.

- Advanced skills in CSS3, allowing for responsive and visually appealing UI designs that work across multiple devices and browsers.

- Strong understanding of UI/UX design concepts, focusing on creating intuitive interfaces and enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.

- Problem-solving attitude, ability to work within cross-functional teams, and excellent communication skills to discuss technical solutions effectively.

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain advanced front-end applications using React.js, ensuring responsiveness and high-quality user experience.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement visually appealing and technically robust solutions.

- Integrate third-party libraries and REST APIs, ensuring efficient data exchange and seamless workflow within digital customer journey platforms.

- Develop reusable, testable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices in web development for scalability and maintainability.

- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through coding, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end performance, addressing issues to maintain high application reliability and speed.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively recommending adoption of relevant new tools and methodologies.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric features, drive continuous enhancements, and achieve project milestones.
