- Interact with designers, architects and other coders to analyze the requirements and suggest/implement possible solution options.

- Maintain a high quality of the product by reviewing code and validating the use cases across dev and prod environments

- You need to have a keen eye for tools and technologies that will make life easy for developers, and work on improving the tooling and automation.

- You are expected to understand the latest development and engineering paradigms like Scrum/Agile/TDD/BDD/DDD etc

- Investigating product issues, bottlenecks and providing reliable solutions.

- Documenting component and program decisions of components owned using collaborative tools like Wiki.

Qualifications :

- 8-10 years of software engineering experience in developing, designing & scaling complex systems both horizontally & vertically.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or relevant experience.

- In-depth knowledge, experience and expertise with developing highly scalable, distributed, multi-tenant based microservices platforms using Java and Spring Framework.

- Expertise in API driven platform development and integration.

- Minimum 7+ years of experience with at least 5+ years of experience in Java, Spring Framework.

- Expertise in any of the MySQL/Oracle/MongoDB/ES databases.

- Good knowledge on Agile development tools, Continuous development tools such as Jenkins, Test driven development tools.

- Strong problem solving, analytical skills, good communication and presentation skills.

- Is a self- motivated individual, able to work independently.

Good to have :

- Knowledge of cutting edge technologies such as PaaS, NoSQL, Complex Event processing.

- Skills of leading a team with experience of mentoring individuals.

- Experience in developing applications for the Supply-Chain domain.
