Role Overview:
As a Tungsten Automation Solution Specialist, you will serve as the technical architect and primary driver for our intelligent automation initiatives. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex automation workflows that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including business analysts, IT infrastructure teams, and external clients, to translate intricate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. Your work will directly impact the bottom line by reducing manual intervention, minimizing error rates, and accelerating digital transformation journeys for our global client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement end-to-end automation solutions using the Tungsten Automation (formerly Kofax) platform to drive process optimization for enterprise clients.
- Engineer seamless API integrations between Tungsten and third-party ecosystems to ensure real-time data synchronization and system interoperability.
- Lead the technical design of document capture, extraction, and workflow orchestration processes to improve data accuracy and throughput for end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical bottlenecks within existing automation frameworks to maintain high system availability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance during the software development lifecycle to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and deploying Tungsten Automation solutions, with a deep understanding of its core components and advanced capture capabilities.
- Proven ability to design and manage complex API integrations, ensuring secure and efficient communication between disparate enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured technical specifications and functional workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster productive relationships in a remote-first environment.
- Self-driven professional with a track record of managing end-to-end project delivery independently while maintaining high standards of quality and documentation.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in automation engineering.
- High proficiency in working within distributed, remote teams, utilizing modern collaboration tools to maintain alignment and project velocity.
