Truetech - Backend Engineer - Golang/Python

Description :

Required Qualifications :

- 4+ years of professional experience in software development.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience contributing to service design and system architecture.

- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Golang and Python.

- Deep understanding of scalable, cloud-native architectures and microservices-based systems.

- Proven production experience with distributed systems and database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL).

- Hands-on experience with Docker and strong knowledge of software engineering best practices.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with Golang, AWS, and Kubernetes in production environments.

- Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions.

- Prior experience working in a start-up or fast-paced product environment.

- Familiarity with system monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
