Truboard Partners - Backend Software Development Engineer - Java/Python

What You'll Do :

- Own It : Take end-to-end ownership of features, from design to deployment.

- Solve Problems : Work with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to make sure were building things the

right way.

- Optimize Everything : Improve database performance, API response times, and overall system efficiency.

- Innovate : Introduce new ideas, tools, and best practices to keep our stack modern and our engineers

happy.

What You Bring :

- Strong experience in Python (Django) and Java (Spring Boot)

- Experience building products from the ground up and re-architecting bad designs.

- Knowledge of scalability, performance tuning, and security best practices.

- Experience working in product-based companies (startups or big tech - we like both).

- Comfortable with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure; we are currently on Azure though).

- Love for clean code, design patterns, and best practices

- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-moving team.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points!) :

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Side projects that showcase your skills.
