Job Summary.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented- Technical Content Writer- to join our dynamic team.

As part of a service-based IT company, you will be responsible for creating engaging, clear, and accurate technical content that communicates our IT solutions and services to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of IT services and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content.

Key Responsibilities :

Write and develop high-quality technical content, including : .

- Service and solution descriptions (cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, etc.

- Blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and technical articles.

- Website landing pages and product/service copy.

- User guides, FAQs, knowledge base articles.

- RFPs, proposals, and other business documents.

- Collaborate with technical teams (engineers, developers, solution architects) to gather and verify technical information.

- Translate complex IT concepts into clear, concise, and customer-friendly content.

- Ensure content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and strategic goals.

- Research current industry trends, competitor services, and emerging technologies.

- Apply SEO best practices to all digital content.

- Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy.

- Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect new features and service changes.

Requirements :

- 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Technical Content Writer, preferably in the IT services industry.

- Strong understanding of IT service offerings such as : .

a. Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).

b. Cybersecurity.

c. DevOps and automation.

d. Managed IT services.

- IT consulting and infrastructure solutions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and channels.

- Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (e.g. , WordPress).

- Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Confluence, Jira, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, English, or a related field.

- Experience working with B2B IT companies or MSPs (Managed Service Providers).

- Understanding of ITIL, Agile, or other IT frameworks is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e., Python, JavaScript) is an advantage.
