TripleLift - Senior UX Designer - Figma/Sketch

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our product team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design and deliver industry-leading user experiences.

You will be responsible for research, concept generation, prototyping, and validation of user flows, ensuring that our products are intuitive, scalable, and user-focused. As a senior designer, you will also mentor peers, contribute to our design system, and help shape the future of our product experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with product management and engineering teams to define product strategy and translate requirements into design solutions.

- Work cross-functionally to develop, estimate, and execute product roadmaps.

- Manage stakeholder communication, reconcile conflicting feedback, and align design vision with business goals.

- Conduct primary and secondary research to understand user needs and validate problem statements.

- Translate insights into actionable design opportunities and concepts.

- Engage with internal teams and external users to continuously refine user journeys.

- Rapidly generate design solutions that balance business and user goals, producing deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, and interaction models.

- Leverage and contribute to the design system to create scalable, consistent, and high-fidelity prototypes.

- Conduct usability testing and validate design decisions through data and feedback.

- Prepare design specifications to ensure engineering readiness for implementation.

- Conduct functional and visual QA to maintain design quality post-development.

- Collaborate with developers during implementation to resolve UX/UI challenges.

- Monitor the success and adoption of design solutions using qualitative and quantitative metrics.

- Proactively suggest and deliver iterations and optimizations to improve usability and performance.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 69 years of proven experience in UX design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX processes (research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, design delivery).

- Proficiency in UX/UI tools : Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision (or similar).

- Robust UX toolbox with the ability to adapt methods situationally.

- Strong understanding of interaction design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

- Experience working with and contributing to design systems.

- Ability to future-proof designs and iteratively improve features.

- Strong experience in conducting primary research (interviews, usability tests, A/B testing).

- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present and defend design decisions.

- Collaborative mindset and comfort in working in agile product teams.

- Knowledge of visual design and motion design principles.

- Experience with analytics and A/B testing tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, etc.).

- Exposure to B2B SaaS or enterprise product design.

- Mentorship experience within a design team.
