Role Description :

We are looking for strong backend engineers with solid product-building experience who can design, develop, and lead key backend modules in our next-generation travel intelligence systems.

You will work closely with the founding team and guide a team of interns/junior developers in building production-grade systems - from scalable APIs to intelligent recommendation engines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop backend modules using Java (core + modern frameworks).

- Mentor and guide 3 - 5 interns or junior engineers - code reviews, architecture guidance, task planning.

- Own complete product features - from concept and data modeling to deployment and scaling.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, AI, and front-end teams to deliver high-impact features.

- Contribute to system design for high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience building scalable applications in Java.

- Should carry product development experience.

- Expertise in building end to end products (a bonus).

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science.

- Startup experience (2 - 3 years minimum) - ability to handle ambiguity and build from 01.

- Experience in working with Hibernate and PostgreSQL.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and system design.

- Hands on coding skills.
