Title : Ruby on Rails Developers

Experience Range : 3 to 7 years

Location : Bangalore

NP : 0 to 15 days.

Key Responsibilities :

- Designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Ruby on Rails.

- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient Ruby code following best practices (e.g., TDD, continuous integration).

- Managing and optimizing databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) within an AWS environment.

- Utilizing various AWS services for application deployment, scaling, and management (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, SQS).

- Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments on AWS.

- Collaborating with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application performance and AWS infrastructure.

- Staying up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in RoR and AWS.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails : In-depth knowledge of the framework, its ecosystem, and common gems.

- Experience with AWS : Practical experience with core AWS services relevant to web application hosting and deployment.

- Database expertise : Proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and potentially NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

- Front-end technologies (depending on role) : Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and potentially frameworks like React or Angular.

- Version control : Strong understanding and experience with Git.

- Problem-solving and analytical skills : Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

- Communication and teamwork : Effective collaboration with other team members.
