Job Title : Tricentis Test Automation Consultant S/4HANA Migration

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Tricentis Test Automation Consultant to support our SAP S/4HANA migration program.

The role focuses on enabling and guiding the implementation of Tricentis services including test planning, automation setup, and SAP solution validation.

This resource will work closely with the primary Tricentis Lead and functional project teams to ensure a seamless, scalable, and efficient testing lifecycle across S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define roles and responsibilities across key testing stakeholders including test management and functional teams

- Activate Tricentis services and configure multi-user workspaces to manage project data

- Integrate Tricentis with SAP systems including SAP ALM & SuccessFactors

- Perform control scanning and primary data load of SAP Best Practices content

- Create and maintain object hierarchy within Tricentis (Modules, Plans, Test Cases, Test Steps, Data Values)

- Lead workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions to enable test case creation and design

- Collaborate with functional consultants to validate testing scope and coverage

- Support execution teams in troubleshooting technical issues during application testing

- Implement automation setup for test execution in future releases and testing cycles

- Ensure automated testing readiness across SAP S/4, SuccessFactors, and Payroll environments

- Provide guidance to internal WH leads to support smooth delivery of Tricentis enablement services

Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca and other Tricentis platforms

- Proven experience in SAP testing frameworks within S/4HANA transformation programs

- Experience with SAP ALM integration and testing for SuccessFactors & Payroll

- Deep understanding of automation frameworks, object hierarchy design, and template-based test case creation

- Strong troubleshooting skills for functional and technical testing challenges

- Ability to train project teams and drive testing discipline adoption

- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Experience :

- Minimum 23 end-to-end Tricentis deployments in large-scale SAP programs

- Exposure to SAP Best Practices, data load techniques, and test scope governance

- Experience supporting distributed teams and multi-phase release cycles
