- Manage and support Azure PaaS services including Azure App Services, Azure SQL Managed Instance, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and related platform components ensuring availability, performance, and cost governance.

- Build and support Azure Databricks workspaces including cluster management, workspace access controls, and integration with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).

- Implement and manage Azure Security services including Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR), Azure Policy, Key Vault, and role-based access control (RBAC) ensuring continuous compliance and threat detection.

- Configure and manage Azure Monitor including Log Analytics Workspaces, Application Insights, Alerts, Dashboards, and Diagnostic Settings to maintain full observability across cloud workloads.

- Manage Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu/CentOS) systems including configuration, user management, performance tuning, and OS-level troubleshooting.

- Execute end-to-end patch management cycles for cloud-hosted and on-premises servers, ensuring timely compliance and minimal service disruption.

- Drive vulnerability management activities assessment, prioritization, remediation coordination, and closure reporting aligned to security standards.

- Handle database administration tasks at a basic level user access management, backup verification, query support, and health monitoring across SQL Server or PostgreSQL instances.

- Own and manage the full ITSM lifecycle for cloud-related Incidents, Service Requests, and Change Requests from logging through resolution and post-incident documentation.

- Collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams during change freeze windows, release cycles, and major incident bridges.

- Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles for consistent operational delivery.

REQUIREMENTS :

- 6 to 7 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure management (Azure + AWS mandatory) Proficient in Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022) and Linux system administration

- Strong understanding of cloud networking VNets, VPCs, subnets, NSGs, load balancers, VPNs Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS services App Services, Azure SQL MI, Service Bus, Azure Functions

- Working knowledge of Azure Databricks cluster management, job scheduling, workspace access, and ADLS integration Experience with Azure Security services Defender for Cloud, Azure Sentinel, Key Vault, Azure Policy, and RBAC

- Proficiency in Azure Monitor Log Analytics, Application Insights, Alerts, Diagnostic Settings, and Dashboards Experience with patch management tools (WSUS, AWS SSM, Azure Update Manager or equivalent)

- Hands-on vulnerability management familiarity with tools like Qualys, Tenable, or Defender for Cloud Basic DBA skills backup/restore, user access, query execution in SQL Server or PostgreSQL

- Working knowledge of ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent) for incident and change management Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and/or Bash for automation and operational tasks
