Tredence Analytics Solutions - DevOps Manager - Docker/Kubernetes

About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and maintain Dockerbased applications and Kubernetes clusters in production.

- Build, manage, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or GitLab CI/CD.

- Architect and provision cloud resources on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Terraform and IaC best practices.

- Implement monitoring, alerting, and visualization solutions with Prometheus and Grafana.

- Drive cloud costoptimization initiatives, improve resource utilization, and enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Expertise in CI/CD pipeline implementation using GitHub Actions and/or GitLab CI/CD.

- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Prometheus and Grafana.

- Proven experience in cloud cost optimization, resource utilization, and efficiency improvements.

- Strong troubleshooting, automation, and operational excellence skills.

- Experience managing and mentoring a team of up to 10 engineers/resources.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership capabilities.

Preferred Experience :

- 5+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering with exposure to enterprise-scale environments.
