About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer (.NET) with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, API development, and database technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend services and APIs while ensuring application performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and applications using .NET Core and C#.

- Design and develop robust RESTful APIs for web and enterprise applications.

- Implement scalable and resilient backend solutions using appropriate architecture and design patterns.

- Work with Entity Framework Core and relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Optimize database queries and application performance.

- Apply asynchronous programming and caching techniques to improve application performance.

- Follow SOLID, DRY, clean-code principles, and established design patterns.

- Develop unit and integration tests and ensure code quality.

- Troubleshoot application and production issues and identify root causes.

- Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, product, and other engineering teams.

- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.

- Explore and implement GenAI-powered capabilities where applicable.

- Stay updated with emerging .NET, cloud, and backend development technologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 to 8 years of backend development experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise in C# and .NET Core.

- Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core.

- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.

- Good understanding of Microservices Architecture is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and performance optimization.

- Understanding of SOLID, DRY, and software design patterns.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes experience is an advantage.

- Exposure to GenAI technologies is a plus.
