What You'll Work On :

- Active Directory & Azure AD management (GPOs, MFA, Conditional Access)

- Microsoft 365 : Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint

- Intune device management & endpoint security

- Firewalls, VLANs, routing, VPN, network security rules

- Troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP issues

- Monitoring SIEM alerts & handling security incidents

- Implementing SPF, DKIM, DMARC for email security

- PowerShell automation

- L1/L2 IT support & IT asset documentation

- Vendor coordination for infra/security initiatives

Key Responsibilities :

Server & Directory Management :

- Administer, patch, and maintain all Windows Server instances, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

- Manage and secure Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD environments, including Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access Policies.

- Oversee regular and tested server and data backup procedures. Cloud & Endpoint Security

- Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) for all users.

- Implement and manage Intune for mobile device and endpoint management, ensuring consistent security posture across all devices.

- Monitor SIEM alerts, execute initial analysis, and coordinate security incident response activities.

Network & Perimeter Security :

- Manage and configure network devices including Firewalls, Switches, VLANs, Routing protocols, and VPNs for secure remote access.

- Implement and enforce network security rules and policies to protect the internal infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot complex network issues related to DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP. Security Hardening & Automation

- Implement and maintain Email Security standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to prevent phishing and spoofing attacks.

- Utilize PowerShell for scripting and automation of repetitive infrastructure and security tasks.

User Support & Operations :

- Provide L1/L2 technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.

- Maintain accurate IT asset documentation (inventory, licenses, configurations).

- Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors for infrastructure and security initiatives.
