Role Overview :

Were hiring a Trading Analyst to design and drive trading strategies that sit at the heart of our business. Youll work at the intersection of markets, quantitative research, and technology generating ideas, testing them in simulation, and bringing them to live execution with the support of developers and researchers.

This role is ideal for those who combine strong quantitative intuition with a love of real-time markets. Youll be empowered to experiment, measure, and iterate quickly with your decisions directly impacting PnL.

What Youll Do :

- Generate trading hypotheses across spot, perpetuals, and futures markets.

- Develop, backtest, and refine alpha signals and strategy logic using large-scale tick and order book data.

- Collaborate with quantitative developers to bring strategies into ultra-low-latency production environments.

- Monitor strategy performance and adapt parameters in real time based on market conditions.

- Analyze execution quality, slippage, and queue positioning to optimize fills and PnL.

- Stay ahead of market microstructure changes, exchange mechanics, and competitive landscape.

Who Are You :

Must Have :

- 2 to 5 years of experience in a trading, quant research, or systematic strategy role.

- Strong grasp of probability, statistics, and time-series analysis.

- Comfort working with tick-level data and large datasets.

- Familiarity with market microstructure, order books, and execution mechanics.

- Hands-on experience with at least two of: Python, C++, or Rust.

- High attention to detail, with a systems-driven and outcome-focused mindset.

Bonus points for :

- Prior exposure to high-frequency or market making strategies.

- Experience trading crypto or FX markets.

- Ability to formulate strategies under real-time constraints.

- Cross-functional ability to communicate with developers on latency, execution, and system constraints.
