Trademo - Backend Developer - Python Programming

Role : SDE 2 - Backend

Location : Onsite - Gurgaon

What will you be doing here ?

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable features across the stack using Django/Python (backend).

- Build, deploy, and monitor services on Azure, GCP, and IBM Cloud, with an emphasis on scalability, performance, and security.

- Design data models and write efficient queries using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQL, ensure data integrity and performance.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and internal services to support platform integrations and data workflows.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring solutions for seamless

deployment and observability.

- Debug complex issues and optimize backend logic for better user experience and system

reliability.

- Collaborate with teams and share knowledge via tech talks and promote tech and engineering best practices within the team.

Requirement :

- B-Tech/M-Tech in Computer Science from Tier 1/2 Colleges.

Azure, etc.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, preferably in product-based or SaaS companies.

- Deep experience with Python and Django for backend development.

- Solid understanding of SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB including query optimization and

schema design.

- Sound understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).

- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, testing frameworks, and agile methodologies.
