Role Overview :

As a Golang Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable backend services that power InCreds digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and front-end teams to deliver secure and efficient APIs and microservices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Backend Development : Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Golang.

- API Development : Build RESTful and/or gRPC APIs for internal and external integrations.

- Database Management : Work with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Performance Optimization : Ensure high availability, scalability, and low latency of backend systems.

- Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Testing : Implement unit and integration tests to ensure reliability.

- Collaboration : Work with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

- Security : Implement secure coding practices and adhere to compliance standards.

Required Skills :

- 24 years of experience in Golang development.

- Strong understanding of concurrency patterns and Goroutines.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.

- Understanding of performance tuning and scalable architecture.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in financial services or fintech domain.

- Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
