We are looking for an experienced Trade Support Analyst to provide production support for front-office trading platforms and ensure the stability and performance of trading systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in trading applications, FIX protocol, Unix, scripting, and incident management within capital markets environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide production and application support for front-office trading systems, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.

- Monitor trading platforms and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues impacting business operations.

- Support FIX connectivity, trading workflows, and integration with internal and external trading systems.

- Collaborate with traders, business users, developers, and infrastructure teams to resolve production incidents and improve system reliability.

- Perform root cause analysis, incident management, problem management, and post-incident reviews.

- Support application deployments, release management, and production validation activities.

- Develop automation scripts to streamline operational processes and reduce manual effort.

- Monitor system performance, logs, and application health to ensure optimal trading platform performance.

- Maintain production documentation, operational procedures, and support knowledge bases.

- Participate in on-call support and ensure timely resolution of business-critical production issues.

Required Skills :

- 5-10 years of experience in Trade Support, Trading Systems Support, or Production Support within Capital Markets.

- Strong understanding of cash equities trading, trading workflows, and front-office trading applications.

- Hands-on experience supporting FIX Protocol connectivity and trading systems.

- Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux administration and Python scripting.

- Working knowledge of Java and SQL.

- Experience with Git and version control practices.

- Strong experience in incident management, outage management, and production support.

- Exposure to release management and application deployment processes.

- Experience automating operational or support processes is an advantage.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with traders and business stakeholders in a fast-paced trading environment.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.

Education (Mandatory) :

- Full-time B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MS, or M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
