Tractor Junction - Full Stack Developer - React.js/Node.js

As an SDE I, you will be a hands-on contributor in a fast-paced development team responsible for building scalable, real-time, and transactional platforms. Youll work across the stack, own well-defined modules, and contribute to rapid and reliable product development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement front-end and back-end features with moderate ownership

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using React.js and Node.js (or similar)

- Participate in agile development cycles and deployment processes

- Debug and resolve medium-complexity issues with minimal supervision

- Follow and contribute to coding and architectural best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- 2- 4 years of experience in full-stack development

- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with solid React.js and Node.js skills

- Understanding of REST APIs, relational databases, and Git-based workflows

- Exposure to CI/CD, containerization, and basic cloud services (e.g., AWS EC2, S3).

Good to Have :

- Experience in scalable or high-traffic applications

- Familiarity with testing frameworks and performance tools

- Strong debugging and problem-solving ability
