We're Seeking Dynamic zTPF Programmers (C/C++)

Are you an energetic and skilled zTPF programmer with expertise in C or C++? Are you passionate about upskilling and taking on new challenges in both current and future opportunities? If yes, then we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design and development of small to medium-sized solutions within a collaborative team.

Translate both functional and non-functional requirements into robust technical designs.

Focus on solution performance, handle edge cases, and address security concerns while developing software.

Debug complex issues and follow design documents with minimal supervision.

Participate in peer code reviews to ensure adherence to solid coding principles.

Tackle software engineering tasks or problems with moderate to high scope.

Design technical solutions based on business requirements and technical designs.

Investigate and resolve incidents within service levels, leveraging knowledge solutions.

Escalate complex incidents to 3rd-level resolver groups and external service providers as needed.

Contribute to the enhancement of our Knowledge Solutions database.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in the airline/aviation/travel industry.

Experience in ground handling and handling escalations, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.

Strong background in Mainframe TPF-ALCS technologies (TPF-ALCS, WAS-OLA, SPM, and more).

Hands-on experience in development and support within Airline Control Systems, Departure Control Systems, Fare Quote Ticketing, and Pricing Domains.

Expertise in High-level Assembly, JCL, REXX, Turbo Scripting (T2SE), Java for WAS-OLA, SPM.

Proven ability to work with Passenger Service Systems like Airline Control Systems, Check-in, Boarding, and Flight Handling.
