Role & responsibilities :

- Strategic alignment : Develop a strong, daily based coordination with the Global EndPoint Lead to ensure alignment with the global DWP strategy and roadmap. Apply and execute the Global DWP strategy within his tower.

- Team leadership & resource management : Oversee BUILD and RUN teams activities, ensure continuity of expertise within the tower. Directly manage Tech Leads, Product Owner, Architect, Project Manager), monitor their performance. If required, act of point of contact/ escalation with managed capabilities suppliers (L2, L3 support).

- Guarantee operational excellence : Coordinate with Tech Leads to manage shifts for RUN activities (L2, L3 support). Ensure timely incident resolution and effective change management. Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) to monitor and improve RUN performance.

- Continuous improvement : Propose and implement sustainable action plans that enhance efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement of the processes.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure

- Experience managing multi-site or international teams is highly desirable.

- Proven track record overseeing : EndPointsolution and services (Defender, Bitlocker, MAC, Packaging, Tanium, SCCM)

- ITIL Certification Professional
