TOSCA Automation Engineer

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Tosca Automation Engineer with deep expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions using Tricentis Tosca.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills in Tosca Commander, API and Web UI testing, and CI/CD integration, along with excellent collaboration and analytical abilities to support high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and manage reusable test modules, libraries, and test data.

- Integrate Tosca tests into CI/CD pipelines and test management tools.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into automated test cases.

- Implement and manage test data using Tosca TDM or external tools.

- Conduct regression, smoke, and sanity testing within Agile sprints.

- Perform root cause analysis of failed tests and log defects in tools such as JIRA, ALM, or XRay.

- Continuously improve test automation strategies, standards, and frameworks.

Required Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Tosca Modules, TestCases, Requirements, TestSheets, ExecutionLists, and

Tosca Commander.

- Hands-on experience with API Testing, Web UI Testing, and Database Testing using Tosca.

- Familiarity with Tosca Query Language (TQL); experience with Tosca BI/DS is a plus.

- Experience with test data management tools and practices.

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and version control systems (e.g.,

Git).

- Proficiency in Agile collaboration tools such as JIRA, XRay, and Confluence.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1 & 2 certification.
