TomTom - ServiceNow Developer - CSM/CMDB/CSDM Module

What You'll Do :

- Activities based on knowledge and experience in own discipline

- Continues to build knowledge of the organization & processes

What You'll Need :

- Design, develop, and maintain system integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web-based technologies (HTTP, AJAX, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Strong coding skills in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++)

- Utilize JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, Node.js , jQuery, Apache Jelly, or React to build dynamic and responsive user interfaces.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Experience with the development and implementation of CSM, ITSM, ITOM, Data Foundations (CSDM and CMDB)Ensure solutions adhere to ITIL best practices and internal governance standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

- Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.

- Debug , test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

- Perform system testing and deployment of ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Data Foundations (CSDM and CMDB)S

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CSM

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
