About the role :

As a DevOps Architect, you will be responsible for supporting the DevOps capability and managing small teams of DevOps engineers.

In doing so, you will closely collaborate with program leads, technology architects and data scientists across global locations.

On a typical workday, you could be doing one or more of the following :

- Estimate for Cloud Platform automation and DevOps activities and build proposals.

- Multi Cloud exposure : AWS, Azure, GCP.

- Adept understanding of different Cloud services and platform and their associated limitations, with special focus on Network and Application security considerations.

- Plan and perform Infrastructure automation, Build, Deploy and Release automation on various Cloud platforms.

- Design and configure DevSecOps pipeline for various projects, working with the Client and Project teams.

- Define, articulate, and evangelize Cloud Platform Automation activities.

- Mentor and guide fresh talent in the capability.

- Serve as a thought leader and SME for DevOps industry trends, new and existing technology offerings, and architectural concepts.

Technical Skills :

- Cloud : AWS, Azure, GCP.

- Containers/Orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, EKS.

- Infra as Code : Terraform, AWS CDK or Azure Biceps.

- CI/CD Tool : AWS Code Repo, Azure DevOps.

- Repository Management : Artifactory, Nexus, JFrog.

- Code Analysis : SonarQube.

- Security Tools : Fortify/Blackduck/Checkmarx.

- Monitoring / Security : Grafana, Prometheus.

- Database : MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB.

- Scripting/Languages : Shell, Python, Groovy, YAML.

- GenAI & LLMs : LLM Fundamentals (architecture, tuning, limitations), Prompt Engineering, Agent Frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, MCP), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) design and implementation.

- GenAI Cloud Services : AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI.

- API Integration (REST, GraphQL for LLM-driven workflows), Security & Governance for GenAI (prompt injection prevention, compliance, data governance).

What do we expect?

- Drive DevOps adoption by implementing CI/CD tool sets and best practices for automation.

- Managing cloud AWS, Azure and GCP.

- Hands on experience with containerization and orchestration platforms using Docker, and Kubernetes on Cloud (AKS, EKS).

- Automating tools/infra provisioning using Ansible, Terraform.

- Automate provisioning and repetitive tasks using Terraform and Python.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

- Experience in developing proposals and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

- Gen AI experience is good to have.
