As Director of Engineering, you will lead a team of managers and senior engineers in developing cutting edge data analytics and platform solutions.

Youll be hands on with architecture, design and development, driving projects from 0 to 1 while aligning with customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of managers and senior engineers to build SaaS applications and platform solutions from scratch.

- Be hands on in architecture, design, and development, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Navigate uncertainty, prioritise features, and drive projects toward clear, measurable goals.

- Focus on customer-centric development, ensuring solutions meet real user needs and enable business outcomes.

- Foster a growth mindset, mentor engineers and engineering leaders, and establish best practices.

- Collaborate with product management and leadership teams to ensure alignment between engineering execution and business strategy.

Requirements :

- 15+ years in technology, with 10+ years in leadership/technical leadership roles.

- Strong track record in architecture and design of complex, scalable systems.

- Proven experience building a SaaS application or platform solution from 0 to 1

- Experience leading and managing engineering teams of 40 - 50+ engineers or equivalent managers.
