Role Overview :

We're looking for talented Backend or Full Stack Engineers with 2-5+ years of experience in Java or Python. You'll design scalable backend systems, develop cloud applications, and collaborate across teams to create innovative solutions. Exposure to AI/ML is a plus, but not required. Key Responsibilities :

- Backend Development : Build scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java or Python.

- API Development : Design and manage RESTful or GraphQL APIs for seamless integrations.

- Cloud Solutions : Deploy scalable architectures on AWS/GCP.

- AI/ML Integration (Optional) : Leverage AI/ML technologies, if you have the expertise.

- Code Quality : Ensure secure, high-performance code through reviews, testing, and best practices.

- Collaborative Development : Work in agile teams to deliver impactful solutions.

- Continuous Learning : Stay ahead with the latest in cloud, backend, and AI technologies.

Required Skills :

- 4 to 8+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development (Java/Python).

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.

- Strong knowledge of frameworks (Spring Boot, Django, Flask) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).

- Expertise in RESTful or GraphQL API design and version control (Git).

- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

- Agile methodology knowledge.
