Role Overview :

We are looking for an Engineering Lead/Manager who can combine people leadership with strong hands-on AI engineering. You will lead delivery, guide architecture, and work with clients to build high-quality conversational and agentic AI systems in production.

- Lead Delivery : Manage and mentor engineers, and own end-to-end delivery of AI systems.

- Drive Architecture : Design scalable backend systems and agentic AI workflows.

- Build AI Platforms : Guide RAG pipelines, retrieval strategy, and evaluation frameworks.

- Support Voice AI : Provide technical direction for voice AI and real-time agent experiences.

- Work Cross-Functionally : Partner with product, data, and client stakeholders.

- Improve Engineering Quality : Ensure strong practices around cloud, CI/CD, security, and observability.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 7+ years in software engineering, including team leadership and delivery ownership.

- Backend : Strong backend skills (Python preferred; Java, Node.js, or Go lang also fine).

- AI Foundations : Solid understanding of LLMs, agent patterns, embeddings, and vector databases.

- System Design : Experience designing APIs and scalable distributed systems.

- Cloud & DevOps : Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

- Leadership : Strong stakeholder communication and people management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building production-grade agentic or multi-agent AI systems.

- Exposure to voice AI or real-time multimodal AI systems.

- Experience with AI evaluation, observability, and cost/performance optimization.

- Background in enterprise AI programs or AI-first startups.
