The Test Management Lead will establish and oversee the testing strategy, ensuring the reliability, performance, and business readiness of the PLM platform.

The role requires strong leadership in defining QA governance, managing large-scale testing programs, and ensuring end-to-end validation of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the overall testing strategy for the PLM transformation program.

- Establish structured testing processes across development, integration, system, and business validation phases.

- Ensure comprehensive test coverage for end-to-end engineering and business processes.

- Coordinate testing activities across multiple business and IT stakeholders.

- Monitor test execution progress, defect lifecycle, and resolution tracking.

- Define and manage test environments along with test data preparation strategies.

- Ensure readiness for migration cycles, rehearsals, and production rollout testing.

- Establish performance, load, and stress testing frameworks.

- Implement and govern test automation frameworks wherever applicable.

- Track and report testing quality metrics, risks, and progress to program leadership.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and enterprise testing governance models.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Extensive experience leading large-scale enterprise testing programs in complex IT transformations.

- Strong expertise in test strategy definition, QA governance, and testing lifecycle management.

- Proven experience managing large, distributed testing teams across multiple geographies.

- Strong understanding of enterprise engineering systems or manufacturing/PLM platforms.

- Expertise in risk-based testing, defect management, and test reporting.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in managing cross-functional testing across business and IT teams.
