Test Engineer - Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities

Automation Framework Development :

- Design and build comprehensive automation frameworks from scratch using Python.

- Develop and execute API Automation tests using tools like Postman and Rest Assured.

- Implement UI Automation tests utilizing Selenium and Playwright.

- Conduct OpenAPI / Swagger validation and schema checks.

- Apply in-depth knowledge of test automation frameworks, with strong proficiency in Robot Framework.

CI/CD & Version Control :

- Work with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.

- Utilize Git as a version control system effectively.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of DevOps concepts like automated builds and release management.

Testing & Reporting :

- Generate comprehensive test reports and dashboards using tools like Allure, Extent Reports, or equivalent.

- Collaborate with the team to develop robust testing protocols and ensure high-quality software solutions.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Work comfortably in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.

- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into reliable, intuitive software solutions.

- Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Essential Skills :

- API Automation : Postman, Rest Assured.
