Role Overview

The Support & Testing Consultant will be responsible for managing testing deliverables, functional validation, and process support for SAP S/4HANA migration projects.

The role involves close collaboration with functional consultants, project teams, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless testing execution, data validation, and integration readiness.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Define and align roles & responsibilities of project stakeholders, functional teams, and test management.

- Activate services and create multi-user workspaces for centralized project data management.

- Enable integration of testing services with SAP systems, including ALM, SuccessFactors, and connected modules.

- Execute control scanning and primary data load of SAP Best Practices.

- Create and maintain structured object hierarchies such as modules, plans, test cases, test steps, and data values.

- Conduct workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions for creation, design, and enhancement of test cases.

- Collaborate with project functional consultants to validate test scope, process flows, and dependencies.

- Support testing execution, troubleshoot issues, and address technical or functional gaps.

- Plan and configure auto-testing setups to enable automated execution across testing cycles (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Payroll).

- Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to test governance standards.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA testing, migration support, and system validation.

- Hands-on expertise in SAP Solution Manager / ALM tools and integration workflows.

- Good understanding of SAP modules, test planning structures, and test execution life cycles.

- Knowledge of SAP Best Practices activation, data migration concepts, and scenario-based testing.

- Experience in managing test case repositories, hierarchies, and execution pipelines.

- Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and provide structured analysis during testing phases.
