We are looking for a senior Temenos T24 Environment Lead to manage end-to-end environment lifecycle from Dev to Prod. You will ensure stability, deployments, upgrades, and performance across banking systems while coordinating with multiple teams and driving automation and DevOps practices.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Drive environment strategy and lifecycle (Dev - Prod)

- Lead setup, configuration, and upgrades of T24 environments

- Manage release and deployment coordination

- Ensure environment stability and performance

- Handle incident/problem management & RCA

- Coordinate with application, infra, DB & vendors

- Govern security, compliance, and access control

- Own HA/DR, backups, and business continuity

- Drive DevOps, automation, and optimization initiatives

- Handle stakeholder communication and reporting

Required Skills :

- Deep expertise in Temenos Transact (T24)

- Strong hands-on in jBASE/JBC, Linux scripting

- Experience in environment lifecycle management

- DB expertise : Oracle / SQL Server + tuning

- Cloud experience : Azure / AWS

- CI/CD & DevOps exposure

- Strong in incident management & coordination

- Knowledge of HA/DR & ITIL processes
