About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Temenos Data Analytics Specialist to join our digital banking and analytics team. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to design and deliver impactful data models, reports, and integrations that enable data-driven decision-making within the core banking ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain data models and analytics workflows using Temenos Data Analytics tools.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and create effective reporting solutions.

- Integrate data from T24/Core Banking, CRM, and third-party systems to deliver unified insights.

- Create and manage dashboards and reports for operational, compliance, and strategic needs.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and performance across all analytics processes.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to enable real-time, data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Temenos Data Analytics, T24, or related core banking analytics.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.

- Experience with reporting tools such as Temenos Insight, Power BI, or OBIEE.

- Solid understanding of core banking systems and their data architecture.

- Proven ability to integrate multiple data sources and build scalable reporting solutions.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
