Telecom Solution Architect - Inventory Management

Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust database solutions using SQL, NoSQL, and hierarchical database systems, preferably GraphDB.

- Develop and maintain inventory management systems for TELCO networks, ensuring data integrity and performance.

- Collaborate with network engineers to understand and integrate 4G and 5G network architecture and service provisioning into inventory systems.

- Lead the UI/UX design efforts for inventory management applications and have knowledge of UI Frameworks such as REACT or Angular.

- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of database and application solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and database administrators.

- Proficiency in REST API Design using FASTAPI or Django.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our systems.

Requirements :

- Extensive experience in architecting solutions in telecom, with a focus on inventory management frameworks.

- Strong understanding of OSS/BSS integration strategies and data models.

- Proficiency in TM Forum standards (SID, Open APIs) and industry best practices.

- Knowledge of 4G/5G Core, IMS, and transport is a plus.

- Experience with microservices architecture, cloud-native deployments, and API-driven models.

- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in FastAPI, Django, or Flask frameworks.

- Expertise in database management systems such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4j, and GraphQuery.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to innovate and drive intelligent solutions using AI/ML.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and hierarchical database design.

- In-depth knowledge of 4G and 5G TELCO network architecture and services.

- Strong experience with ReactJS or Angular for UI/UX design.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience with cloud-based database solutions and services.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
