About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both backend and frontend development, with a solid understanding of distributed systems and modern web frameworks. You should be able to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, React/Next.js.

- Build and optimize distributed systems with Kafka, MongoDB, and Redis.

- Collaborate with Product Managers and TPMs to understand requirements and deliver on timelines.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a strong focus on performance and scalability.

- Take ownership of workstreams with minimal handholding and proactively unblock yourself.

- Clearly articulate design choices, trade-offs, and past work experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3- 5 years of experience in Fullstack Development.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React/Next.js.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.

- Solid understanding of core programming concepts, problem-solving, and debugging.

- Familiarity with distributed systems architecture.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Basic project management abilities to manage and deliver tasks independently.
