Description :

- Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery and adherence to project timelines.

- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using Python (Django/Flask).

- Evaluate project requirements, create technical designs, and prepare accurate effort estimates.

- Write efficient, testable, and reusable code in an Agile and test-driven development (TDD) environment.

- Manage production-grade software, code, and modules, ensuring stability and performance.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage source control, and ensure smooth deployments.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements for system scalability and performance.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Python development, with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior developer role.

- Strong experience with Django and Flask frameworks.

- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.

- Experience with RDBMS such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and exposure to ReactJS or Angular.

- Experience working on Linux environments.

- Familiarity with Docker; knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.

- Experience in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git workflow).

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or DigitalOcean.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
